Windshield Washer Fluid
We purchase washer fluid concentrate in fifty five gallon barrels and mix it with fifty five gallons of water. This gives a freeze protection of negative twenty degrees Fahrenheit. We do this year around so that our fluid is always ready for a Wisconsin winter.
Please note that the ingredient that gives the freeze protection is ethanol alcohol and the alcohol will evaporate if the washer fluid is not used in a timely manner. If you do not drive much or if you don't use your washers much, you may wish to empty the container before the freezing season and have us put new fluid in when we change your oil.
